Recent Home Purchase with Luke McFetridge

I recently utilized the expertise and knowledge of Luke McFetridge for the purchase of my new home.

From the beginning of this process Luke was totally involved and engaged.   It was evident that he truly wanted to find a home that fit both my and my girlfriend’s needs and wants, rather than close a quick sale.  Luke was very patient in the many showings that resulted from this search, both on and off regular business hours, and all across Northern Colorado.

It was very evident that he really had our best interests at heart when presenting possible homes.  When the decision on a home was finally made, Luke was exceptional in his negotiation abilities and was able to get a better deal than I expected in the “seller’s market” that was present.

Post sale, I knew that I had an advocate should there be any issues with the home itself.  Overall, I would highly recommend Luke to anyone looking for a true residential real estate professional that truly cares about his clients’ needs and wants, in a profession that is filled with many people exuding anything but these qualities.
