They understand how to drive leasing and customer traffic to a property and then to provide a level of service to both of these groups that is exceptional. Examples that I experienced directly were a Merchants Association that is clearly a value-added component to the property and marketing events such as a car show which generated significant customer traffic to the property.

With respect to the disposition of the asset, Luke McFetridge would quickly respond to the needs of all parties involved, the buyer, broker, and lender. Just as any principal has parameters in which they must operate, Luke McFetridgemade decisions quickly and the other party always knew “where things stood” in regards to business points. The attention to detail of the staff and the understanding of their real estate assets greatly assisted the flow of the transaction.

It has been a great pleasure working with Luke McFetridgeas they are a very “well-oiled machine.” As an investment broker, I have the fortune to witness the habits of many property managers and operators, and I can say without hesitation that Luke McFetridgeis in a small, elite group of ownership groups.
